2. Adopting PLC human-machine exchange interface and microcomputer control program, fully automatic control of cutting frequency and cutting stroke is achieved, saving workers and improving efficiency.
3. PCBA board fully automatic feeding and cutting, with microcomputer automatic counting output at a glance.
4. After the PCBA board is cut, it is directly transported to the testing line through a conveyor belt to avoid secondary operations by workers.
5. The PCBA board moves during the cutting process, with scissors cutting and a cutting stress of less than 500 μ M/m, the straight knife only moves up and down to ensure that the electronic components of the substrate are not damaged due to movement.
6. Electric eye protection device ensures safe production.
